*All renters are required to pay the clean up fee which
will be returned after the hall is inspected and keys are
returned.
*A liquor License is required if you wish to serve alcohol.
You will need to apply for the license at the Clerks Office
of the Circuit Court of Anne Arundel County. Located in
Annapolis MD.
From Rt 10/Arundel Expwy heading south:
Exit on Furnace Brance Road/MD 270 East.
Turn left onto E Furnace Branch Road at the top of the exit.
Drive .5 miles until you see a church on both sides of the road.
Make a left onto Country Club Drive.
Follow Country Club Drive for .5 miles until you run into the orange gate,
where you will be forced to turn left on to Paul Marr Dr.
The hall and pool are on your right.
From Rt 10/Arundel Expwy north:
